Death Will Cost You
This collaborative project was made to bring light to the economic corruption of the funeral industry. The industry is worth $20 billion and has consistently taken advantage of families worldwide during their lowest times. Within this project, two peers and I made a brochure, poster series, merchandise, Instagram series, website, and app.
Our goal with this project was to cover a subject that isn’t talked about enough and provide substantial information to viewers. The gothic and dark imagery contrasts the youthful figure repetitively pictured to acknowledge the hard truth that we never know when we will die, but it isn’t something to fear. With the deliverables, we hope to create a conversation and spark change for all of our futures.
